This new competency framework is a means by which the organisation and endoscopy service communicate which skills, knowledge and behaviours are required, valued, recognised and rewarded with respect to administrative an d clerical roles. It ensures that administrative and clerical staff have a common understanding of the expected excellent performance behaviours.
