This new competency framework is a means by which the organisation and endoscopy service communicate which skills, knowledge and behaviours are required, valued, recognised and rewarded with respect to administrative and clerical roles. It ensures that administrative and clerical staff have a common understanding of the expected excellent performance behaviours.
All new users logging into the JETS Administration and Clerical website will have immediate access to this framework.
